Compatibility

  • D-D H2Ocean P1+ dosing pump, including the corresponding Kamoer-branded model
  • iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 18 or later
  • Existing Kamoer account for Cloud mode
  • Bluetooth enabled for direct local control

Rheon does not claim support for other pump models.

Two ways to connect

Cloud mode

Sign in with your Kamoer account for remote status and control through Kamoer’s service.

Bluetooth mode

Connect directly when you are near the pump. No internet or cloud service is used in this mode.

Getting started

From pump to first dose.

  1. Choose a control mode

    Use Cloud mode with your existing account, or Bluetooth when you are beside the pump.

  2. Find your P1+

    Select the pump from your account or the nearby Bluetooth scan.

  3. Review before dosing

    Check calibration and route tubing into a measuring container before testing with a small volume.

  4. Build your schedule

    Confirm times and volumes carefully before relying on automatic dosing.

Troubleshooting

Common questions.

My pump does not appear in Cloud mode

Confirm that you are using the same Kamoer account and account region as the pump, then refresh the device list. If the official service is unavailable, Rheon cannot reach the pump through Cloud mode.

Bluetooth cannot find the pump

Move close to the powered pump, enable Bluetooth for Rheon in system Settings and make sure another phone is not actively connected. Then scan again.

A schedule is not dosing the expected amount

Review the schedule volume and pump calibration. Test into a measuring container before dosing an aquarium, particularly after changing tubing or calibration.

Volume notifications are not arriving

Volume alerts require Rheon Plus and notification permission. Check both the app-wide and pump-specific alert settings, and confirm notifications are allowed in system Settings.

Cloud and Bluetooth show different information

Some account, history and firmware information is available only through Kamoer’s cloud. Bluetooth focuses on direct pump configuration and control.
